New Driver looking for passenger

Post by Russ » Thu Mar 17, 2011 1:04 pm

Hello everyone,
Last year I was the monkey, this year I am going to try driving.
So I am in the search for a passenger.
It may not be a full season this year but plan on a full 2012 season.
If interested send me a message for details.

I was going to take George up on his offer but thought better of it!

I have a passenger lined up for the test weekend and if everything goes well we will be doing quite a few of the events.

I will let him introduce himself.

Did you tell him about the rule requiring the new guy to make the Tim Hortons run?

Beer run, Timmies, back rubs,...

That was mentioned just ahead of bike polishing, tent set up, sense of humour,...

Oh, right on
I thought Timmies had added beer and backrubs to the menu since I was up last. I was kind of excited for a minute

Well, here I am at last. My name is Jon but on pretty well every forum I go by parkingpuckguy.

You should be able to recognize me on the track (either with the SRA or the VRRA on my KZ650).

Where did the name come from? Well, I invented and sell the ParkingPuck, hence the name.

I'm pretty stoked about this monkeying thing. Oddly enough, when I was a kid in England, a guy down the road from me raced sidecars but I never got to see him. We emigrated to Canada before I could.

Looking forward to meeting you all in person.

Well, hello Jon.

Oh right on. We'll all recognize you by your helmet (look for the Shoei with a Black Visor) :)
Hope you're gonna like it. Of course you will!! We've got another British Body on board!!! yeah.

Whereabouts from the UK Jon?

Our new sidecar Team #13, "BullDog Racing" (i believe their team name is going to be), Miles & Kim, well Miles is from the UK too, so is me & my hubby Steve F, "Team Fletcher" #1 and our outgoing team "KazMik Racing" 007 (Mick & Karen Boyle) are also from the UK.

This is going to be so exciting. Best of British!!! 8) 8) 8)
