Road America...Please read!!

Post by Thor7000 » Wed May 28, 2008 7:49 pm

Just to remind all teams heading to Road America.....MAKE SURE you have your AMA licences with you, since we are racing with AHMRA we do require an AMA licence for insurance purposes (we are not required to have an AHMRA licence)

All teams that went to Mid-Ohio last year had to get an AMA licence then so you should be good, but they will ask to see it and if you don't physically have it in hand you will be required to buy another one which is around $35 U.S.

If you can't find it or you lost it contact the AMA and they will send you a replacement or some proof that you are a licence holder.

Just thought I'd remind everyone now

This is a AMA Membership card that you need. You get a free year fo the AMA mag. American Motorcyclist with your membership!
In past Road America events we could buy it at the track. I'm not sure about this event though?
