Phillips Island Classic

I thought it was very interesting that Wade Boyd (in his GSX-R 1000) F2 was dicing it up with some large air-cooled rigs and getting his but kicked at times by a "Peter Built PC1 750"

They put roughly 20 bikes on the grid of all classes. Makes me think closing rates isn't a big deal to them.

+1 on the New England rig. 8) Seemed to plateau @ 2:12's, but you needed to be under 2:04 to have a chance at a step.

Max race grid was 24, but they had around 32 entries. So a couple didn't make it past Q2.

That PC1 750 was TZ 750 powered.
