Re: Round 5-6 SRA race report is up

Enjoyed reading the report! Just an FYI. I only discovered the SRA is participating at Calabogie this weekend by laying my (virtual digital) hands on a copy of the proposed VRRA schedule. Might be a good idea to at least toss a post up on the front page of the website about what I assume was a late ...

Re: suit for school

From the Track Day Tab on the website: "proper safety equipment which includes full leathers, leather gloves, boots and a full face helmet. Don’t have the safety gear? No worries, we have gear for you to borrow. It was generously donated by Pro 6 Cycle. (Thanks guys!)" So contact SRA.President@sidec...

Re: Ecole de course

Ah ha, here is the official answer: http://www.sidecarracers.com/race-school.html Cost will be what is charged by RACE plus your contribution (if any required) to the costs of running the sidecar you are on that day (to be worked out with the owner of the sidecar). Re: Ecole de course

Re: smp

Glad to see it coming together. Hopefully the gremlins are contained now and you can concentrate on some more great results. Which track layout did you set the record on?

Re: IOM

Our boys put in a strong 3rd lap at 102+ mph to officially qualify in 30th place during the first practice on Saturday. Unfortunately on a subsequent lap they made contact with Laurel Bank. They are both OK, apparently "a bit sore". Their ride however must not have gotten off as lightly and they hav...

IOM

Jeff & Andy managed to complete both laps tonight at 99+ and 101+ mph. They just need to get one more lap in to officially qualify for the first race on Monday at 2:15pm IOM time. They have 3 more practice sessions (early and late afternoon Sat plus one more lap on Sun) to get that additional lap in...

Re: F1 Rig for sale.

So Phil is finally coming over to the dark side. I lent them my TZ750 Schmidt F2 to put on static display for HB Cycle's grand opening back in early 1989 (I think) so this has been brewing for many years

Re: Summit Point June 25-26 2016

Of the circuits you will visit this year, Summit has some of the nicest lawns, but I concur that you are better off on the pavement.
