The Sidecar Racers Association coordinates racing sidecars on the Eastern seaboard – they have members from Ontario, Quebec, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Tracks visited currently includes Shannonville (Belleville), Toronto Motorsports Park (Cayuga), New Hampshire Motor Speedway and Summit Point Raceway (West Virginia). They are working on Mosport & Calabogie also.

Over the years the SRA have had Father & Daughter teams, Husband & Wife teams, female only teams and male only teams.

The group is quite small and very tight knit. Unlike some other racing organizations the SRA members help each other out with bike repairs and loan each other parts to compete. You cannot take these to your local bike dealer for repairs because they are so specialized.

We all want to win legitimately on the track and not as a result of a friend having a broken bike.

The emphasis is on fun both on the track and in the race compound.
